PUBG is aiming to come out on the PS 4,Switch,MAC, and other platforms
PUBG is aiming to come out on “every platform.”

Best MultiPlayer Game Of the Year PUBG 2017 Awards
Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds AKA PUBG is one of the most popular games of 2017. According to Steam Spy, it has sold 26,527,350 copies on Steam already. PUBG sold more than 20 million copies on PC alone before it was released on Dec. 20, 2017. In early December PUBG was released on the Xbox One. Unfortunately, it will not be released on the Xbox One for a while now but PUBG Corp has a reason for doing that. PUBG doesn’t run very well on the Xbox One or the Xbox One X. The base Xbox One version of PUBG runs at 1080p and it runs at the very low to low settings on PC. On the Xbox One X, the graphics are pretty close to PC’s medium settings. Even though PUBG had so many issues on the Xbox One it still sold 2 million copies on the Xbox One in its first 2 days on the Xbox One. Since PUBG came out on the Xbox One we heard about an exclusivity deal that PUBG Corp made with Microsoft and thanks to that PS 4 users will not be getting PUBG anytime soon. Well, now PUBG Corp’s CEO says that they are aiming to bring PUBG to “every platform.”
In an interview with invenglobal Kim says that PUBG is going to stay as an Xbox One exclusive for “some time” and currently PUBG Corp is focusing on finishing PUBG Xbox One. Kim said, “If we have the opportunity, the final goal would be to launch the title on every platform.” After this exclusivity deal ends PUBG is definitely going to the PS 4 but many gamers wondered if this means we are going to see PUBG on the Nintendo Switch, MAC, and other platforms that come out in the future. According to Ki, programs like early access on Steam and Xbox’s Game Preview allow games to be on their platforms without a restriction on quality but the PlayStation doesn’t have this feature so they can’t release PUBG as an early access game on the PS 4. ARK Survival Evolved was one of the games that was released on the PS 4 a lot later than the Xbox One because the PS 4 doesn’t have an early access program.
