Next COD game Black Ops IIII logo/merchandise leaked by NBA Star James Harden

COD Black Ops IIII is definitely happening in 2018

Until now around every two years, Activision has released a new Call of Duty Black Ops game. It makes sense for Activision to release a new Black Ops game considering that the Black Ops games are very popular amongst fans of the series and they sell very well. Even though Black Ops III was released back in 2015 it is still getting updated and has a decent player count. According to Steam Charts on Steam Black Ops III had a peak of 2,863 concurrent players in the last 24 hours. This is a very good player count considering that Activision has released two new COD games since Black Ops III COD WW II and COD Infinite Warfare. 

NBA on ESPN Tweeted a video of NBA star James Harden wearing Call of Duty Black Ops IIII merchandise. He is wearing a hat that has IIII written on it and the text looks like COD Black Ops III’s logo which is three Is. That’s not all he is also wearing the full camo. Two people familiar with Black Ops IIII’s development told Kotaku that IIII will be Black Ops IIII’s logo instead of IV and one source confirmed that this will be Black Ops IIII’s logo. 

The Black Ops IIII rumors started out earlier this year because of a Tweet by Marcus Sellars a video game journalist. Sellars claimed that COD 2018 will be COD Black Ops IIII and it is going to be released for the Nintendo Switch, PS 4, Xbox One, and PC. Apparently, the Nintendo Switch will get the DLCs and it will support HD rumble and motion controls. The Switch version is being ported over by a company “which is familiar with COD games.” Activision has released many COD games on Nintendo consoles but most of them weren’t as good as their console and PC counterparts.
