AMD has been great, Now it is being trusted & Best Is Yet To Come

AMD 2017 Accomplishments To Drive Tech Headlines In 2018
As some may believe that the bulk of that big gain wasn’t ultimately based on the merits of the company’s rekindling! AMD stocks are up 170% since the last trading day of last year, and is roughly three times the price it was trading at as of early April. Investors would be hard-pressed to find any other large cap name with such an impressive performance for the same timeframe.
Jefferies analyst Mark Lipacis recently upped his target on AMD stock to $30, The analyst noted “Intel’s delayed 10nm roadmap—originally targeted for 2016 launch in client and now pushed to 2H19—opens opportunities for AMD across the business.” Although some opportunities have been made by lack of accomplishments of AMD rivals, it does not mean that the huge gain wasn’t ultimately based on the AMD merits. AMD did well in crypto craze cause the Vega & radeon GPUs were performing better that the Nvidia’s in computing. AMD release of the new monster 32 core mainstream CPUs to level up the game in CPU count and normalizing 8 and 16 cores in CPU market expectation are great moves pushing Intel to try to level up themselves. The whole success story of the EPYC datacenter CPUs in 2017 and 2018 are just incredibly eye catching, and if it was made by another company it was signs for huge money to come in.
