AMD is Going to Release Three Different 7nm Navi Series GPUs, What do we know other that the AMD CEO Featuring 7nm Techs from AMD in CES 2019

Right now, Intel and Nvidia control most of the PC gaming market. Intel beats Ryzen in most gaming benchmarks and AMD GPUs aren’t even powerful enough to be comparable to RTX GPUs. According to the latest rumors and AMD themselves, everything is going to change in a few weeks when AMD releases their 7nm CPU and GPU series. AMD Navi and Zen 2 are going to be the words first 7nm GPUs and CPUs and they are a few weeks away.
AMD to Announce Zen 2 and Navi at CES 2019
According to the Consumer Technology Association, AMD’s president and CEO Dr. Lisa Su is going to deliver a keynote at CES 2019 on January 9 at 9:00 AM in the Venetian Palazzo Ballroom. In this keynote, Dr. Lisa Su is expected to announce AMD Navi and Zen 2 and hopefully give us a release date. Unfortunatly, AMD is really good at preventing leaks so we don’t know what to expect in Dr. Su’s keynote.
Latest Zen 2 and Navi Rumors
Unfortunatly, we don’t know much about Zen 2 other than that it is going to be a 7nm CPU and that it is going to be released sometime in 2019. Thanks to its 7nm, it will have a big lead over the competition as it will be more power efficient than current CPUs available in the gaming market.
Fortunately, we have a lot more info on AMD Navi. According to the latest rumors, AMD is going to release three different Navi Series GPUs, Navi 12, Navi 10, and Navi 20. The RX 3060 and RX 3070 are going to be based on the Navi 12 architecture and RX 3080 is going to be based on the Navi 10 architecture. The RX 3060 is going to cost you $129.99 and it will feature 4Gb of GDDR6 RAM and a TDP of 75W. It is expected to perform like the RX 580. The RX 3070 8gb GDDR6 VRAM and a TDP of 120w and it is going to perform like Vega 56. The RX 3080 is going to cost $249.99 and it’ll feature 8Gb of GDDR6 VRAM and a TDP of 150w. It’ll perform 15% better than Vega 64.
