NVIDIA RTX 3000 Series/AMD RX 6000 Series Restocks TODAY+CYBER MONDAY? PC GPU Drops and Cyber Monday Deals

There may be new GPU Drops Soon

It has been extremely difficult in the past year or two to buy a new GPU. Right now gaming GPUs are so rare that a GPU with a MSRP of only $400 is being sold by scalpers at $800+ and a GPU like the RTX 3070 with an MSRP of $599 is being sold for $1200+! Due to this shortage, upgrading or building a whole new PC is pretty much out of the question for most gamers since no one wants to spend double MSRP on their hardware for no reason. 

Both the NVIDIA RTX 3000 and AMD RX 6000 GPU series have been totally out of stock everywhere all of the time and that’s why GPUs are being resold at double the MSRP. The GPU shortage is way worse then the PS 5 and Xbox Series X because it is severely worsened by crypto miners who buy dozens of GPUs for mining. This means that unlike for consoles, one person may buy dozens or hundreds of cards just to use for themselves. 

If you’re still trying to buy a new GPU, you have to work really hard to score one at MSRP. Unfortunately without a bot, it’s pretty much impossible to buy a GPU that is not part of a bundle and for MSRP price. This is because of two reasons, first, GPUs are often dropped very rarely compared to gaming consoles so you only get one chance a month to buy a GPU and if you miss it, you probably have to wait until next month. The second reason is that some people are buying GPUs for their mining business and GPUs have very high resell values so there are a lot of bots that you need to beat to get a new GPU.

Right now we don’t have any information about upcoming GPU drops but Best Buy usually does some drops at the very end of every month. We are coming up on Cyber Monday and it is also the end of the month, which means that there is a good chance that we will see a GPU drop in Best Buy’s website.
