GoCryptoMe (GCME) a Crypto GEM or a Scam? Next Token to 100x?

As any crypto investor knows, if you invest into the right project at the right time it is very easy to see massive returns that can change a small amount of money to a truly life changing amount. Right now, a new token that is trending on CMC is called GoCryptoMe (GCME), which is a recently added token with a self-reported market cap of $14 million. Is this token a hidden gem or a scam?

First, GCME is a utility token that powers their crowdfunding platform which aims to “overtake the market by providing an uncensored, transparent solution to crowdfunding where other corporations have shown weakness by being controlled by a centralized entity.” In terms of the token itself, generally scammers would just make a meme coin. Usually scammers would not release their platforms but the developers of GCME have already release their crowdfunding platform which is a good sign. Overall the project provides positive signs.

Next, the information on their site is good but it is lacking in some aspects. They have a nice roadmap that actually has a timeline, unlike most scam tokens that just divide their roadmap with “phases” or “stages” and they have an official audit from TechRate. These are all some good signs.

I did notice some information not shown, with the most important being who the developers are. A good way to prove the validity of a new token is to have doxed developers but the creators of this project haven’t done that which is a worrying sign. This would be suspicious but it has to be considered that the creators of this platform want a truly decentralized system that no one can stop, if the developers are doxed then there is a potential that governments or other organizations can pressure the creators to make changes . 

Overall their project seems fairly legit. It doesn’t look like this is a scam token. They have an audit, a good time line, and a functional platform. It does not seem like this project is a scam but proceed with caution since it’s hard to know with smaller tokens.
