Okami HD locked at 30 FPS on PC

Okami HD is going to be lock at 30 FPS on the PC

Many developers have made their games be locked at 30 FPS on the PC, but most of the time the game did very poorly on the PC, and after a while, the developers released updates that added an uncapped frame rate option. Mafia 3 is an example when 2K released it was locked at 30 FPS but after a while, they released a patch that uncapped the FPS. Gamers think developers do this so the PC version of the game isn’t a lot better than the console versions of the games since most games run at 30 FPS on consoles. Sometimes developers do things that don’t make gamers very happy and they hold gamers back. Well, Okami HD’s developers are doing that because it will be locked at 30 FPS on PC.

WBacon has shared new info about the PC version of Okami HD. Apparently, the game will support Steam controller, Xbox One controller, and the Dual Shock 4 out of the box so that’s a good plus for PC gamers that like to use controllers. The game also supports keyboard and mouse. They say that they experimented with 60 FPS but it “breaks the game logic.” They say that it’s hard to make to make the gameplay well and run at 60 FPS because they are using the original PS 3 code of the game and it ran at 30 FPS on the PS 3. Apparently, 30 FPS works for the game, but we have to play it to see if it works or not. Okami was originally released for the PS 2 on April 20, 2006 later on it was brought to the PS 3 and the Wii. Okami got a 9.4/10 from IGN and a 9.2/10 on Gamespot. As you can see it got really good reviews but it sold very poorly. Right now you can pre-order Okami HD for the Xbox One, PC, or PS 4.
