Intel Core X-series i9-7980XE Extreme Edition was named as CES2018 Innovation Awards Honorees and this is while the close competitor from AMD the Ryzen Threadripper 1950X processor got the CES 2018 Best of Innovation Award winner in the Computer Hardware and Components category. In CES AWARDS Products are judged by a panel of independent industrial designers, engineers, and members of trade, tech and media on consumer electronics across 28 categories. both CPUs are at the highest end of CPU market and both brought us many inovations and power. AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X processor supports 16 cores and 32 threads and made based on AMD’s “Zen” architecture while the Intel Core X-series i9-7980XE has 18 Cores and 36 Threads, the Processor Base Frequency is 2.60 GHz and Max Turbo frequency 4.20 GHz, Cache size is 24.75 MB and Bus Speed 8 GT/s DMI3 and Max Technology 3.0 Frequency goes up to 4.40 GHz.
