Far Cry 5 PC Requirements Revealed

Far Cry 5 doesn’t require a lot of power

Since Ubisoft announced Far Cry 5 fans have been waiting for the game to come out but the PC gamers want to know if their rigs can run the game. Some gamers want to know if they can run the game at 4k and some want to know if their PC can play it. Well, Ubisoft has very good news for PC gamers with PC’s that aren’t very powerful or gamers that have good PCs and want to play the game in 4k because Far Cry 5 doesn’t require a GTX 1080 to play it at 1080p 60FPS. Most gamers that were able to play Far Cry Primal will be able to play Far Cry 5 at 60 FPS 1080p.
Ubisoft says that the minimum requirements to play Far Cry 5 is Windows 7, Core i5-2400 3.1 GHz, GeForce GTX 670, and 8GB of RAM. with these specs gamers will be able to play Far Cry 5 at low settings 720p. Ubisoft says that the recommended specs are Windows 7, Core i7-4770 3.4 GHz, GeForce GTX 970, and 8 GB of RAM. With these specs gamers will be able to play Far Cry 5 at 60 FPS, 1080p, high settings. To play Far Cry 5 at 4k, 30 FPS, high settings gamers will need Core i7-6700 3.4 GHz, GeForce GTX 1070, and 16GB of RAM. To play Far Cry 5 at 4k 60 FPS, high settings gamers will need Windows 10 (64-bit), Core i7-6700K 4.0 GHz, GeForce GTX 1080 in SLI, and 16GB of RAM. It seems like gamers with a GTX 1060 will be able to play Far Cry 5 at 4k, 30 FPS, Medium to low settings and with a GTX 1070 if turned down to medium games will probably get 60 FPS at 4k. Far Cry 5 is going to be released on March 27, 2018 for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
