Leak suggests Diablo III coming to the Nintendo Switch revealed a few months

Sources suggest that Diablo III is coming to the Nintendo switch and it is going to be revealed in a few months

A few days ago there was some chatter in the gaming community about Diablo III Nintendo Switch. The rumors started because of a Tweeted that Blizzard Tweeted. In the Tweet there was a video that a Diablo III night light was getting switched off and on. Gamers thought that Blizzard Tweeted this video because Diablo III is going to be released on the Nintendo Switch. Gamers thought that because the night light was getting switched on and off. Blizzard quickly said in an interview, “We can assure you we’re not that clever.“[It was] meant to be a fun community engagement piece. We have nothing to announce.” Some sources in Blizzard told Eurogamer that Diablo III is currently in development for the Nintendo Switch but they are surprised that Blizzard Tweeted this video and they said that the game isn’t going to be announced for the Nintendo Switch for several months.

Eurogamer’s sources told them that the game is in development for the Nintendo Switch and it will be ported to the Nintendo Switch. Thier sources couldn’t confirm to Eurogamer if the Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer DLCs would be released for the Nintendo Switch. Eurogamer’s sources told them that they were surprised when Blizzard Tweeted that video considering that the game isn’t going to be revealed to the public for months. Eurogamer also contacted a Blizzard spokesperson and they told them that they have nothing to say. 

It would make sense for Diablo III to be ported over to the Nintendo Switch. Diablo III is a highly addictive game with a massive fanbase and it is pretty easy to run and with a bit of optimization, I’m sure Blizzard can make it look very good on the Nintendo Switch. If Diablo III is ported Blizzard might port more of their games over to the Switch perhaps Overwatch.
