Nintendo Switch eShop adds 16 new games

The Nintendo Switch eShop got many new games this week

Every week the Nintendo Switch eShop gets many new games. A few weeks ago the Nintendo Switch eShop got 18 new games including 60 Seconds, Dragon Fang Z: The Rose & Dungeon of Time, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, and Mom Hid My Game. This week is no different than every other week, the Nintendo Switch eShop is getting 16 new games nad last week the Nintendo Switch got Escapist 2.

This week the Nintendo Switch eShop got Gunhouse (Jan 15), Nightmare Boy (Jan 16), InnerSpace (Jan 16), Energy Balance (Jan 16), World to the West (Jan 18), Tales of the Tiny Planet (Jan 18), Qbik (Jan 18), Oh…Sir! The Insult Simulator (Jan 18), Oh…Sir! The Hollywood Roast (Jan 18), Darkest Dungeon (Jan 18), Arcade Archives DOUBLE DRAGON (Jan 18), Ambition of the Slimes (Jan 18), and ACA NEOGEO POWER SPIKES II (Jan 18). In this week Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s first DLC pack. Unfortunately, this DLC pack is only available with the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Expansion Pass which costs $29.99. Most of the games this week are indie games and that makes sense because indie game’s have been blowing up on the Nintendo Switch.

The Nintendo Switch was one of the most popular consoles of 2017 arguably the most successful console of 2017. The Nintendo Switch won product and console of the year in 2017. The Nintendo Switch also sold 10 million units in only 9 months exceeding Nintendo’s expectations by millions. For comparison the Xbox One sold 7 million units in only 10 and a half months, PS 3 sold 5.63 million copies in 10.5 months, and the Xbox 360 sold 5.9 million units in 10.5. Nintendo expected the Nintendo Switch to sell only 8 million units in 12 months April 2017 through March 2018. Nintendo needed this huge success because the Wii U sold only 13.56 in its whole lifetime. The Wii U got hate from fans and reviewers. Some people thought that the Wii U was an add-on for the Wii.
