NVIDIA USING VOLTA GRAPHICS FOR AI IN FUTURE CARS AT LA AUTO SHOW
Los Angeles is “Car Capital of the World,” So as LA welcomes new cars and car enthusiasts in Los Angeles Auto Show 2017, NVIDIA is entering the car industry by powering future cars In an AI environment. AI for Automotive, Yes This is one of the latest projects NVIDIA is working on right now. As it was projected in an interactive poll of the audience indicated, over two thirds of the developers are already working in AI related projects in the creation of new mobility products and services. The Audi A8 is the world’s first Level 3 autonomous driving vehicle going into production. It also brings very high-techs powered by NVIDIA. NVIDIA is the brain of Audi’s zFAS driver-assistance system, the world’s first true traffic jam assist system. Nvidia has also brought the A8 a whole new virtual cockpit and new rear-seat entertainment. A8- sedan is truly packed with NVIDIA techs from the visual representations and multimedia to the thinking brain that provides the AI and smart features. La Auto-show has been a great place for Nvidia to show off and focus on the AI aspects of the Volta graphics architecture that has claimed its the strongest graphic processor ever made.
