The Perfect Budget Card for 1080p Gaming?

It seems like the Nvidia GTX 1660TI is going to be the middle ground between the Nvidia RTX 2060 and the GTX 1660. The Nvidia GTX 1660 is going to feature the same amount of Cuda Cores as the Nvidia GTX 1060. The GTX 1660 is probably going to be able to run games about 10 FPS faster than the GTX 1060 6GB so, expect to get near GTX 1070 performance. The Nvidia GTX 1660TI is supposedly going to feature 256 more Cuda Cores than the Nvidia Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB so, it should be the perfect card for 1080p 60 FPS gaming. The GTX 1660 is probably going to be able to run triple-A games at 1080p high-medium 60 FPS while the GTX 1160TI should be able to run triple-A games at 1080p ultra-high 60 FPS. A $279 price tag is the perfect spot for 1080p gaming on a budget.
