Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti Spotted | Perfect Budget GPU for 1080p Gaming? (Specs, Price, Release Date)
GTX 1660 Ti Leaked by Retailer
The Nvidia RTX series GPUs are very powerful but, they have a big issue which is the fact that gamers on a budget don’t have access to Turning cards as the cheapest RTX card, the RTX 2060 will cost you $350. According to the latest rumors, Nvidia is going to release two different budget Turning GPUs, the Nvidia GTX 1060 and GTX 1060 Ti. These cards are going to be based on the Turning architecture but, they wouldn’t feature ray tracing hence the cards start from $229.
GTX 1660 Ti Listed by Retailer
The MSI and Palit variants of the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti models have been listed by a Russain retailer. Not only listings but, we have also got our hands on images for these cards which further proves the credibility of this rumor. According to Videocardz, the GTX 1660 Ti Storm X and Storm X OC while the Gaming Pro variant is is going to feature two fans.

The Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti Gaming X and Armor variants of the card are supposedly going to feature a 1536 MHz boost clock and a 1500 MHz base clock. Now, let’s talk about the Palit variants of the GTX 1660 Ti. According to Videocardz, the GTX 1660 Ti Storm X OC is going to feature 1815 MHz boost clock but, we didn’t get clock speeds for the Storm X variant of the card. The Palit variants of the cards are priced at $400 which is way higher than the supposed $270 price point. Of course, a lot of products in Russia are priced higher than they are over here in the US so, the card is probably going to cost around $300.
GTX 1660 Ti Leaked Specs
Once again thanks to Videocardz we have gotten specs for the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti. The GTX 1660 Ti is supposedly going to feature 1536 Cuda Cores and 6GB of GDDR6 VRAM while the Nvidia GTX 1660 is going to feature 1280 Cuda Cores and 6GB or 3GB of GDDR5 VRAM. The GTX 1660 Ti is going to cost you $279 and it’s coming out around February 15th while the GTX 1660 is going to cost you $228 and it’s coming out in early March.
