PS 4 homebrew out pirated games available now

The PS 4 has been hacked

2017 was a very good year for Sony’s PS 4. The PS 4 became the 9th best selling console of all time in 2017 just above the PS 3’s sales and well below the PlayStation Portable sales. Hackers have been trying to hack this gens consoles for a very long time. Since the Xbox One and PS 4 launched hackers weren’t able to hack them but now it seems like the hackers have succeeded. Hackers have successfully hacked the PlayStation 4 and homebrew has been released for the PS 4.
Recently hackers have released an app called PS4HEN which allows gamers to use homebrew apps. Unfortunately, hackers use homebrew to play pirated games on their consoles but that doesn’t mean pirating games is the only feature that homebrew has. Gamers have been using homebrew to do many things such as emulate games from older consoles, play games from older consoles, and many more. Hackers used homebrew to run Linux on one of the consoles and play games from Windows 95. The Nintendo Switch homebrew has a lot of potential because the Nintendo Switch uses the Tegra X1 processor and that is a very familiar processor. Most consoles use costume processors that hackers aren’t familiar with but the Nintendo Switch uses the same chip as the Nvidia shield. The Nintendo Switch is very close to the Nvidia shield so hackers can play Nvidia shield games and use Shield apps on the Nintendo Switch. Right now games such as Diablo 3, GTA V, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and Dying Light have been already pirated. Your PS 4 has to been running the 4.05 firmware version or below to use PS4HEN. YouTuber Andrew2007 showcased the PS 4 Homebrew. Sony hasn’t talked about the hack yet and hackers are trying to run homebrew on later PS 4 firmware versions. Right now the PS 4 starts at $299.99.
