Star Wars the Last Jedi DLC has been released for Star Wars Battlefront 2 

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is one of the most controversial games of 2017. When EA announced it many fans were extremely excited for the game especially because it had a single player campaign and all future expansions are free. That excitement didn’t last long though because when the open beta started gamers realized that Star Wars Battlefront 2 has a pay to win system in it. In Battlefront 2 gamers were allowed to pay real money for crystals and then they used the crystals to buy loot crates that gave them new weapons, perks, and more. This system made gamers mad, so EA changed the system a little bit but gamers were still mad so they temporarily removed it. We hard news that EA might not ever bring them back. Well now that one of the most hyped movies of 2017 Star Wars the Last Jedi is out in a lot of places around the world the Last Jedi expansion has been released for Battlefront 2.

The new and exciting update adds a lot of different things. The new multiplayer features are 2 new playable characters, a new planetary map, a new Starfighter Assault map, and a new hero ship. The new characters are the long-awaited Fin from the Resistance and the new Boba Fett Captain Phasma from the First Order. Gamers that login to Battlefront 2 during the Last Jedi season will get these heroes for free. The new planetary map is Crait, the new Star Fighter assault map is D’Qar, and the new ship is Tallie Lintra’s RZ-2 A-wing. To start the Last Jedi season you must choose between the First Order and Resistance. You will do special challenges for your faction to earn your faction rewards. The group that completes the most challenges during the week of December 13th will get legendary upgrades for Captain Phasma or Fin. The single player part will pick up from the conclusion of the campaign you can read about it here.
