If you own a Phone from Apple you probably know that Apple is offering battery replacements and you will be eligible for a battery replacement that costs you just$29 (reduced from $79 courtesy of Apple). This was Apple’s way of compensation for openly acknowledged act of slowing down your iPhone may seem good to some apple fans but may not be enough for the ones that are deeply disappointed in apple. However, there are still some things that you should be aware of before going to the Apple Store. This will end up saving you a lot of time and hassle in the end.

Initially, there were some reports that Apple Store employees refused customers from changing their batteries, now apple says, If the iPhone Owner Is Willing to Pay $29 and the Smartphone that Has Not Been Damaged, Apple Store Employees Will Not Be Able to Refuse Your Request. Apple has provided a clarification on its battery replacement policy recently so if an Apple Store employees refused from changing your batteries because these batteries still managed to pass the Apple diagnostics testing phase. You may insist and fight for your battery.
