Like most Galaxy flagships the global versions of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will be the ones to use the new Exynos 9810. The units aimed at the US market will probably use the most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon processor available in large quantities (most likely the Snapdragon 945).
