4 new games added to Xbox backward compatibility
Xbox One backward compatibility has gotten 4 new Xbox 360 games
The PS 4 might have many features that the Xbox One is missing and many exclusive games but the Xbox One has a feature that none of the other consoles can compete with. Backwards compatibility from older consoles. Right now Xbox One Backwards compatibility has hundreds of games on it. Those games include Bioshock Infinite, Halo 3, Fallout 3, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, and Red Dead Redemption. Microsoft is growing the Xbox Backwards Compatibility program with a few games from the original Xbox or Xbox 360 getting added to the Xbox One store.
Xbox Backward compatibility program has added Splinter Cell: Conviction (Xbox 360), Spec Ops: The Line (Xbox 360), The Darkness II (XBox 360), and Winterbottom (Xbox 360). Splinter Cell: Conviction was released for the Xbox 360 on April 13, 2010. Splinter Cell: Conviction’s main game lets players play as Sam Fisher. The game also has a prologue mode which is accessible from the online co-op mode. The Main part of the game takes place 10 days after the events of the prologue portion of the game. The game also features an online, split screen, or System link multiplayer mode. The game also features a “Deniable Ops” mode which features four modes that make players work together to beat the AI. The four modes are Hunter (players must kill a set number of enemies), Infiltration (players must kill a certain amount of enemies without being seen), Last Stand (players protect a bomb from being disarmed by enemies), and Face-Off (players compete to see who can get the most kills).
Spec Ops: The Line was released on June 26, 2012 for MAC, Windows, Linux, PS 3, and Xbox 360. In the main part of the game players have the option to choose between 4 different levels of difficulty Walk on the Beach, Combat Op, Suicide Mission, FUBAR. FUBAR mode is unlocked after the player finish the game in Suicide Mission. The player get’s to command Sergeant Lugo and Lieutenant Adams who accompany the player throughout the campaign.
