Sea of Thieves PC requirements for 580p, 720p, 1080p, 4k

Sea of Thieves doesn’t require a beefy PC to run

Sea of Thieves isn’t the most popular game of all time but it does have a big fan base. The game’s latest beta just ended. Although we don’t know how many players participated in the beta the estimated number is high considering that 314k players participated in the Sea of Thieves alpha. Many gamers have to look at a game’s PC requirements to see if they can run the game or not and it’s the same with Sea of Thieves. Some games require beefy PCs but Sea of Thieves doesn’t require a strong PC to play it.

In a recent blog post, Rare revealed Sea of Thieve’s PC requirements. According to Rare to run Sea of Thieves at the lowest settings, 540p, 30 FPS you will need an Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 CPU, 4 GB of RAM, DirectX 11, 1GB of VRAM, Integrated GPU, and 60 GB of Hard Drive storage. The minimum requirements or running the game at 720p 30 FPS at low settings you will need an Intel Q9450 2.6 GHz or AMD Phenom II X6 3.3 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, DirectX 11, 1 GB of VRAM, GTX 650 or Radeon 7750 (GT 1030/R7 450), and 60 GB of Hard Drive storage. Even a low-end PC would be able to play the game at playable FPS and graphics. To run the game at 1080p 30 FPS medium settings you will need an I3 4170 or FX 6300, 8 GB of RAM, DirectX 11, GTX 1050 TI or RX 460, and 60 GB of storage. To run the game at 1080p 60 FPS medium settings you will need I5 4690 or FX 8150, 8 GB of RAM, DirectX 11, 4 GB of VRAM, GTX 1060 or TX 470, and 60 GB of storage. To play at 4K 30 FPS ultra settings you will need I5 4690, 16 GB of RAM, DirectX 11, 8 GB of VRAM, GTX 1070 or Vega 56, and 60 GB SSD. To run the game at Ultra 4k 60 FPS you will need an I7 4790 or Ryzen 5 1600, 16 GB of RAM, DirectX 11, 8 GB VRAM, GTX 1080 TI or Vega 64, and 60 GB SSD.
