You can Get $119 Worth of Games for Free with Gold this August
Every month Microsoft gives away four games to Xbox gamers subscribed to Xbox Live Gold. Usualy gamers get two Xbox One games and two backward compatible Xbox 360 games as well as exclusive deals. Gold subscribers got $64 worth of games for free in July. These games included Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction and Death Squared. Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction will be available for free until the 31st of July and Death Squared until August 15th.
First up is For Honor. For Honor was one of 2017s biggest disappointments. The game featured numerous glitches and issues and there were no dedicated online servers so there was a big chance that you got disconnected in the middle of an online match. In For Honor gamers are able to take control of different forms of soldiers from the medieval era including knights, samurai, and vikings. The game is set in a medieval setting and it features many different modes. It features a bunch of multiplayer modes as well as a campaign. For Honor wasn’t well received by the gaming community when it first came out and Ubisoft did roll out changes to fix the game but it wasn’t enough to get disappointed fans to come back. Right now, For Honor Xbox One has a score of 79 on Metacritic and a user score of 5.9/10. The game will be available from August 16th to September 15th.
Next up is Dead Space 3. Dead Space 3 is a survival horror game developed by Visceral Games. Dead Space 3 is set in a futuristic setting in which the player has to follow the story of Isaac Clarke who teams up with EarthGov Sergeant John Carver as they travel to Tau Volantis, to eradicate the Marker and Necromorph once and for all. Dead Space 3 Xbox 360 has a score of 78/10 on Metacritic and a user score of 6.4/10.
