The Nvidia RTX series GPUs are one of the most anticipated GPUs in a very long time. Thanks to rumors, gamers were really hyped t0 put on the new shiny Nvidia RTX GPUs into their systems and play games at 4k ultra 60 FPS. The Nvidia RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 TI are very close to release, and now, a bunch of benchmarks for the Nvidia RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 TI have been released, and they are very powerful. For the first time, 4K 60 FPS Ultra on all triple-A games is going to be possible on a GPU under $1000, and it seems future proof.

RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 TI Leaked 4K Benchmarks

According to benchmarks by Videocardz, the Nvidia RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 TI are going to be very powerful. Even on Shadow of the Tombraider running at 4k, the Nvidia RTX 2080 TI was able to score an average of 59 FPS while the RTX 2080 scored a 47. Videocardz wrote, “The data we are sharing with you today comes from official Reviewers’ Guide. The numbers in this guide are only a reference for further benchmarking. It is probably an important thing to say that those numbers should not be taken very seriously. Each reviewer has a different testing methodology (different scenario, different testing equipment, a different list of games).”

As you can see in the benchmarks, the RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 TI are going to be perfect for 4K gaming. Especially with the RTX 2080 TI, you probably will be able to play every game at 4K ultra 55+FPS unless the game has been very poorly optimized. With the RTX 2080, you will be able to get more than 45 FPS on every game at 4K ultra. In the documents, Nvidia said that the RTX 2080 series was “designed for 4K.”
