AMD Navi To Capture Majority of the Gaming Market From NVIDIA RTX SUPER | AMD Radeon RX 5700/RX 5700 XT vs NVIDIA RTX SUPER
AMD Navi Outperforms NVIDIA RTX SUPER in Mid-End Gaming Market

For the past few years, AMD hasn’t been doing that well in the gaming GPU market as NVIDIA is always able to top the competing AMD Radeon GPUs a little bit after they’re released. AMD has been losing the gaming market to NVIDIA little by little every year. Basically, all AMD gaming GPUs for the past few years have been targeting the mid-end and low-end gaming market but, AMD was never able to compete with NVIDIA Geforce GPUs. Well, the tables have turned as the latest AMD Navi GPUs are able to destroy their competing NVIDIA GPU.
AMD Navi Benchmarks
When AMD applied price cuts to their Navi series gaming GPUs, NVIDIA RTX didn’t stand a chance. The AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT was supposed to start at $450 which placed it as a competitor to the RTX 2070 SUPER which performed a lot better than the RX 5700 XT but, the RX 5700 XT’s price was slashed down to $399 which means that it’s a direct competitor of the RTX 2060 SUPER. The RX 5700 XT performs between the RTX 2070 SUPER and RTX 2060 SUPER which means that it performs a lot better than the RTX 2060 SUPER which also costs $399.

AMD Captures the Majority of the Gaming Market
As you can see in the benchmarks above, the Radeon RX 5700 XT is able to comfortably outperform the NVIDIA RTX 2060 SUPER. The RX 5700 XT costs $399 which means that AMD is trying to target the mid-end gaming market with their Navi series GPUs. The mid-end gaming market is the majority of the gaming market as $399 is the sweet spot for gaming. $400 isn’t too much for a gaming GPU but, GPUs at this price point allow gamers to play the latest triple-A games at 60 FPS ultra
