Will Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) Ever Bounce Back? Brand New Leaked Benchmark Suggest Next-Gen High-End Intel CPU will Get Destroyed by Mobile AMD Ryzen CPU!

Intel Doesn’t Have Much To Compete With

When AMD finally released their first-gen Ryzen CPU series a few years back Intel was quickly able to bounce back and recapture the CPU market but, when AMD released its 7nm CPU series, Intel was not able to compete anymore as AMD kept one-upping them whenever they tried to compete. Well, Intel has been working on a new CPU series but according to a new leak, it seems like they will not be able to bounce back as a mobile AMD Ryzen CPU was able to perform as well as or outperform a high-end 200W Intel CPU!

Intel Core i9-10900F Leaked Benchmark

Thanks to Twitter user “Momomo_Us,” we have gotten our hands on leaked Geekbench benchmarks for the 10 Core Intel Core i9-10900F. As you can see in the image below, the Intel Core i9-10900F scored a 5,747 on the single-core and a 29,363 on the multi-core test. That’s not too lousy but, look at the lower image and you will see that the AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS was able to score a 5,286 on the single-core and a 30,339.

Although Intel was able to beat AMD in the single-core test (as expected) it’s really bad news for Intel to see that a cheap mobile Ryzen CPU is able to outperform a high-end Desktop Intel CPU that draws 200W+ of power! An 8 cores/16 threads AMD CPU that is a bit old now being able to outperform a high-end CPU that hasn’t even come out yet is really bad news for Intel. Seeing as how good the Ryzen 9 4900HS performs against the Core i9-10900F, we really have to wonder what Intel will do when they have to face down against the next generation of AMD CPUs.
