It seems like Nintendo doesn’t care about modders modifying their Classic systems. Cluster hacked the NES Classic in a few months, and it took him a week to hack the SNES Classic and load extra games to the classic console.

According to the hakchi2 notes, 75% of games work. Hacking the SNES classic isn’t easy, and you could damage the console. With the hakchi2 you will be able to run NES games too. Downloading Roms and putting them in a hard drive is illegal unless you own the game cartridge. Every country has its own pirating laws.

This ability makes the SNES classic even more fun because the SNES classic comes with 21 games. Most companies don’t like people pirating their games, but it seems like Nintendo is cool with hackers installing mods in the SNES Classic. Nintendo hid a message in SNES classic’s code. Nintendo hid one in NES classic too. The NES Classic message red, “Launching emulation in 3.. 2.. 1. Many efforts, tears and countless hours have been put into this jewel. So, please keep this place tidied up and don’t break everything!”

The SNES cost $79.99; The console includes two wired controllers and 21 games. The console comes with Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, The Legend Of Zelda a Link to the Past, Super Metroid, Donkey Kong Country, Star Fox 2, and more. Don’t remember Star Fox 2? That is because Star Fox 2 was never released so the only way to play Star Fox 2 is buying the SNES classic edition. The SNES Classic has nine games less than the NES Classic, and it costs $20 more.

The NES Classic was discontinued in April 2017, and Nintendo is bringing it back.  Nintendo told Business Wire, “Due to the incredible demand for the upcoming Super Nintendo Entertainment System: Super NES Classic Edition system, Nintendo plans to ship the retro-inspired product into 2018. Originally, shipments were announced to cease at the end of this calendar year.” Nintendo also said, “In addition, more units of Super NES Classic Edition will ship on its Sept. 29 launch day in the U.S. than were shipped of NES Classic Edition all last year, with subsequent shipments arriving in stores regularly. ”

The NES classic was always sold out everywhere, and fans were very disappointed when it was discontinued. The NES classic cost $59.99, and it came with 30 games. Some games were Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 3, Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Final Fantasy, Mega Man 2, and Pac Man.
