AlienWare just released this intro video for the area 51. Teaming up with AMD to use the monster 16 core CPU AMD Threadripper in the Tiny but high end gaming machine. Another strong thing abut the Area 51 is using the NVIDIA Flagship the GTX 1080 Ti for graphics in its highest model. The Dell’s Alienware area 51 has GTX 1080 TI+ 16 Cores AMD Threadripper 1950x

Dell is currently offering the Area 51 with the 1950x AMD Threadripper and GTX 1080 from nvidia fro the highest graphics possible in its highest configuration that costs you about $4000, yes $4000. The entry level Area 51 that cost you about $2700 now, has a lower model of AMD Threadripper 19200x and 8 gig of ram less than the highest config. It has also a lower graphics the popular GTX 1060 6 gig. The hardware combination is fantastic if you are only caring about the performance. but if you are also concerned about the budget, the price may be a little deal breaker with area 51. But after all Alien ware area 51 is a monster gaming machine comparing to the ALIENWARE ALPHA R2 .

After all dell has a good resone to team up with amd, they wanted the amd 16 CPU to align it wit a gtx 1080 ti and high speed solid states drive to create an unbeatable gaming machin. Teaming up with AMD to use the monster 16 core CPU AMD Threadripper in the Tiny but high end gaming machine is also good idea to lower down the price, maybe if they have used the i9 from intel or the 8th gen intel cpus they had ended up 1000$ even more than what they got with Amd threadripper. Any gamer that knows about these two, Threadripper and GTX 1080 Ti will be wondering now about the area 51 benchmarks and getting one.
