Amazon Italy leaks Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered

COD Modern Warfare 2 Remastered might come in a month

Call of Duty fans are very excited for the next installment in the Black Ops series Black Ops IIII. Activision recently announced the game and released a trailer for it. Activision released a short trailer for the game in their Tweeter. Black Ops IIII was leaked because of GameStop. GameStop listed some Black Ops IIII merch on their website and a NBA star wore Blakc Ops IIII merch while going to a game. Amazon has been missing up. Amazon Canada accidentally listed Splinter Cell 2018 and it suggested that the game is going to be revealed in E3. Activision has already said that they are going to make more remasters so it wasn’t very surprising to see Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 in Amazon Italy.

IGN Italy was able to catch Amazon Italy’s mistake. In the image, we see two listing for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 one of them is for the PlayStation 4 and the other one is for the Xbox One. The game costs EUR 19,99 (24.58 USD) Some gamers have been saying that the price is to low and the fact that it says it’s going to be released on April 30th is suspicious considering that Activision has never released a COD game at that time. The fact that it is a stand-alone game made gamers even more suspicious.

Recently Activision held a shareholding filing and they revealed their plans for the second half of 2018. Activision said, “We expect to release World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and our latest Call of Duty game in the second half of 2018. In addition, we expect to deliver ongoing content for our various franchises, including expansion packs for Hearthstone and Destiny 2, in-game events for Overwatch , and map packs for Call of Duty: WWII , as well as releases of remastered versions of titles from our library of IP. We also expect to release at least two new mobile titles during 2018, including a social casino game from King.” Modern Warfare 2 is one of the most popular Call of Duty games so it’s not out of context for Activision to release a remastered version of the game.
