Right now, Intel and Nvidia control most of the hardware market as AMD’s CPUs and GPUs can’t really compete with the competition. Although AMD Ryzen gives more cores and threads for the same price when compared to Intel, Coffe Lake outperforms Ryzen in games because of higher core clocks. The latest rumors claimed that Zen 2 and Navi are going to deliver incredible performance for low prices and, according to AMD that’s actually going to happen.

AMD Claims Zen 2 and Navi Are Going to be Very Powerful

If you follow the news, you probably know that when AMD says their next-gen hardware is going to be powerful, it’s going to be powerful. As you can see below, it is said that Zen 2 and Navi are going to be released in Q3 2019 which means that they’re coming out in the summertime. Thanks to rumors we knew that Navi and Zen 2 are going to be released on July 7th or 7/7/19. it was said that AMD chose July 7th for marketing as they’re going to release two 7nm hardware on the same day.

Zen 2 Rumored Specs

According to the latest rumors, Zen 2 is going to blow away the competition. As you can see in the specs list below, for only $99 users are going to be able to get 6 core/12 threads CPU. Right now, for a 6 core/12 threads Intel CPU you’ll have to spend at least $200 for the Core I5-8400. Various sources have confirmed that the specs list below is real. AMD has also revealed official Zen 2 benchmarks which further prove the leaked specs list. 

Navi Rumored Specs

We know for a fact that AMD’s next-gen 7nm Navi GPUs are going to feature ray tracing. The PlayStation 5 is going to feature Zen 2 and Sony has confirmed that it’ll feature ray tracing and 8k support. Of course, the PS 5 isn’t going to play triple-A games at 8k but, this does show that a cheap Navi GPU is going to be powerful enough to play games with ray tracing enabled which needs a lot of power. 

The latest rumors claim that Navi is going to destroy Nvidia. The rumors claim that the RX 3060 and RX 3070 are going to come out in 2019 while the RX 3080 is coming out in 2020. The RX 3060 and RX 3070 are said to cost $129 and $200 while the RX 3080 is going to cost you $250. The RX 3060 and RX 3070 are said to outperform the RX 580 and the Vega 56 while the RX 3080 is going to be able to perform on par with the RTX 2070.
