AMD New Raven Ridge Graphics benchmarked “Vega iGPU”

The AMD Ryzren APU’s will be powerful

Pretty much everyone that was interested in PC was waiting for AMD’s hyped CPU AMD Ryzen. AMD Ryzen delivered on the hype. All Intel CPUs that didn’t cost more than most gamers will put on their gaming PC  had 4 cores but with AMD’s Ryzen gamers that paid $300 to $400 on their CPUs were able to buy 8 core CPUs. In Most gamers Intel’s 4 core CPUs do better than AMD’s Ryzen but many analysts believe that Ryzen is more future proof than something like the Intel Core I7 7700k because it has 8 cores and when games start using more than 4 cores AMD Ryzen will have a big advantage over Intel’s CPUs.  For things such as editing and rendering AMD Ryen did better than Intel CPUs because of the extra cores. Right now Ryzen CPUs don’t have APU so Laptops that cost around $500 most of the time will have Intel CPUs because all Intel CPUs have Integrated Graphics but if a Ryzen CPU is used they would have to put a GPU in the Laptop. Well, it seems like AMD wants those Laptop companies to use Ryzen  CPUs. AMD is making Ryzen CPUs with APU in them and they are pretty powerful according to moepc.net’s benchmarks.

AMD is going to make 2 CPUs with APUs for Desktop the Ryzen 5 2400G and the Ryzen 3 2200G. The Ryzen 5 2400G will use RX Vega 11 Graphics model and it will have a boost clock of 1250 MHz and it will cost $169. The Ryzen 3 2200G will use RX Vega 8 Graphics model and it has a boost clock of 1100 MHz and it will cost $99. In 3D Mark 11 Ryzen 5 2400G’s APU got a score of 5042. Nvidia’s GT 1030 is below it with a score of 4754 and the RX 550 mobile above it with a score of 5568. The Ryzen 3 2200G has a score of 3950 below Ryzen 7 2700U (Mobile Processor) and above Ryzen 5 2500U (Mobile Processor) with a score of 3655.
