The New Nvidia 1070 Ti Going Against The AMD RX Vega 56 for $450 Budget

AMD overcame the Nvidia Ge-force GTX 1070 with the new RX Vega 56 in performance a while ago and stood at the top of it. Now that Nvidia has released the new Nvidia 1070 TI lets see how these two rivals go to fight for the $450 graphics budget. The new GeForce GTX 1070 Ti will be available worldwide on November 2 and the preorders have already started and it is just just in time for the hot games coming out this holiday season the retail price of $449. AMD on the other hand is working on releasing the 2nd generation of AMD RX VEGA in early 2018 based on leaks. So as long as we are in 2017 and stock with the current platforms, The Pascal From Nvidia that has made the 10xx Series and the Radeon VEGA from AMD that has made the RX VEGA Series, lets take a look at the specs on the new Graphic that nvidia is about to release within the Pascal platform, The 1070 TI.

GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Specs are Architecture : Pascal, Cores : 2432. Frame Buffer : 8 GB GDDR5, Memory Type-Speed : 8 Gbps, Boost Clock Relative : 1.4x and the actual clock is Actual 1683 MHz. GeForce GTX 1070 Ti also supports the GEFORCE GTX SLI HB BRIDGE.

“The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti is packed with 2,432 cores and 8 GB of memory running at 8Gbps for a total bandwidth of 256 GB/s. It delivers double the performance of the legendary GeForce GTX 970.” Nvidia Says in official press release and in website. “We designed the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti to be an overclocking monster with plenty of headroom for gamers to crank up the clock speeds.”

While in some cases in the graphics specs these two rivals have a tie, in some cases like the memory bus its the RX Vega 56 that is ahead and many cases like Boost Clock and memory speed and L2 cash and so on it is the 1070 TI that is ahead. The fact that the New 1070 TI has about 10% performance increase comparing to the 1070 in some benchmarks that NVIDIA has released, makes it clear that 1070 has come to beat the RX Vega 56 and it probably does but with a very small margin.
