DayZ’s been in early access for a very long time, and it’s not as popular as it was once. Becuase of many other games such as PUBG, it’s not as popular. We do know that it will be leaving early access next year, but many gamers thought it would not be released on the Xbox One, but DayZ dev says they still want to bring DayZ to the Xbox One.

In DayZ’s official blog Eugen Harton (Bohemia Interactive’s Lead producer) said they still want to bring DayZ to the Xbox. He says they have a big community that’s been waiting for an online survival game. He says DayZ Xbox One version and the final version of DayZ has to be released in 2018. He says they are going to start one of the best years for DayZ. He says in conclusion DayZ will leave early access and be released for console gamers in 2018. According to him they are very serious about this. DayZ was released as early access to Steam in 2013. DayZ was announced for the PS 4 at 2014 and DayZ was confirmed for the Xbox Oen in 2015. This blog post only talks about the Xbox One version of the game not the PS 4 version. DayZ might not be released in the PS 4 because Xbox has been looking for Xbox One exclusives. Microsoft and Bluehole have an Xbox One exclusivity deal on PUBG, and Bohemia Interactive might have something like that too. DayZ is an open-world Zombie survival game. DayZ’s set in the Republic of Chernarus before soviets. A plague turned most people into Zombies that want to eat you, and your goal is to find food, water, and survive in multiplayer or single player. You have to find supplies in random buildings. Supplies include food, water, clothing, weapons, and more. You can use clothing to keep your self warm, get more storage, and look better.
