When RX Vega launched Nvidia didn’t do well but Nvidia has been getting back some lost market share. VR isn’t very big yet and Nvidia has been releasing game ready drivers that optimize VR games. Bethesda has been investing a lot in Virtual Reality they recently released DOOM VFR, Skyrim VR, and Fallout 4 VR. Unfortunately, Bethesda hasn’t released Skyrim VR for the HTC Vive right now it’s available for PS VR. Well, Nvidia released a Driver that optimized DOOM VFR and now they have released a Game Ready driver that optimizes Fallout 4 VR.

Right now you can download the new game ready driver from Nvidia’s official website. The new driver is the 388.59 game ready driver. The 388.59 game ready driver optimizes Fallout 4 VR for gamers and other games that you are playing right now. According to 3D Mark, the 388.59 game ready driver is better than the 388.43 game ready driver. In 3D Mark, the 388.43 got a 12,084 GPU score and the 388.59 driver got a GPU score of 12,153. The minimum GPU that can download the 388.59 is the GT 420. If you’re using an OS below Windows 8 your out of luck because you will need Windows 8 or higher to download this driver. A few days ago Nvidia announced the Titan V. The Titan V has the most advanced GPU architecture but it costs $2,999.99. That’s a hefty price tag but the GPU is very powerful. The Titan V has 640 Tensor Cores, 5120 CUDA Core, 2 GB HBM2 memory,  110 TeraFLOPS, and 1455 MHz Boost clock. The GTX Titan XP is a high-end GPU that could run most games at 4k 60 GPS high-ultra settings and it costs $,1200. It has 3840 Cuda cores, 12 GB GDDR5X, and it runs on the Pascal architecture.
