The Leaks indicate that the Upcoming 2018 Tomb Raider Is To Be The Sequel to The Last Very Successful and Popular Version released in 2015, “The Rise of Tomb Raider” And Could Be An Egyptian, Middle East, Mexican Adventure. “The Shadow of the Tomb Raider” is the sequel to Rise of the Tomb Raider, which was an action-adventure video game Made by Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix as the main publisher. Rise of the Tomb Raider was the sequel to the 2013 video game Tomb Raider, a reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise that started 2 decades ago. Initial release date: 2015 ; Series: Tomb Raider ; Awards: Writers Guild of America Award for Achievement in Video-game Writing, Platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows.

The new “Shadow of the Tomb Raider” is already making headlines not only because of the leaked sketches and many rumors but also the movie Tomb raider coming out no later that March 2018. To Cut to the chase and start taliking about the leaks and rumors like we have already done before here in ultragamerz, we start from the fact that it is to be continuing to be the sequel to Tomb Raider older versions, The Rise of the Tomb Raider. It is estimated to get out Early 2018 maybe. Shadow of the Tomb Raider developers are this time the Crystal Dynamics…or Eidos Montreal and SOTTR publisher: Square Enix.  The mentioned release date above comes from a quote in Official PlayStation Magazine: “Rumor squirrels tell us Shadow of the Tomb Raider could be released early in 2018.” Which does make sense since the Move is also coming out on march. The fact that which one will be out first and what will be the strategy remains the main question.

The leaked Images: The title on the slides of a presentation power point show, “Shadow of the Tomb Raider”, is now assumed to be the name of the game as mentioned in the sketches. But, this presentation was seen on the Montreal subway not California where the main developer of the last two Tomb Raider games, Crystal Dynamics, is based. This may mean Eidos Montreal is working on this version? Maybe yes!  Now that Enix pushed its announcement further into late 2017 and did not show up in e3 or games come 2017 or did not release anything anytime ever, except some points about future improvement in later version in some interviews. Thanks to a recent Instagram posts, it seems we are getting closer to Shadow of the Tomb Raider official announcement. Square Enix shared an image of Lara Croft looking to the horizon at her “next adventure.”
