The Galaxy S9 and S9+ still have the headphone jack

Since Apple launched their new flagship smartphone the iPhone X none of the other flagship smartphones were able to compete but now with the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ the situation has changed. The S9’s design is still the same as the S8 but it has a few minor changes.

The S9 is going to have a 5.8 inches QHD display and the S9+ is going to have a 6.2 inches QHD display. The S9/S9+ are going to have three color options midnight black, lilac purple, coral blue, and gray (not available in the US). The display’s bezels are slightly smaller. All other physical features are the same as the S8.

The S9 has a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The S9+ has two rear-facing cameras both at 12 megapixels with wide-angle and telephoto lens. S9’s front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel camera. The rear-facing camera on the S9 and S9+ have an f 2.4 aperture but it will change to 1.5 in low light or you can change the aperture your self with the pro mode. Samsung has made other improvements. In pro mode there is a mode called super slow motion which will record a video in 720p 960 FPS. Super Slow motion will not record audio and it records up to 0.20 seconds of video. When you start filming with super slow motion mode it will start as a normal video you can start the super slow motion your self or let the phone start it by setting up a zone. If a motion is detected in the zone super slow motion will start. The camera has a feature to translate text in the app. Now you can record 4k at 60 FPS. Samsung has also made their own version of Apple’s Animoji AR emoji. You can make an emoji of your self and make videos or stickers.
