A man in Terre Haute, Indiana has been charged with felony charges of stealing games from Sony Digital Audio Disc Corporation and attempting to sell them on eBay. He stole copies of unreleased game Call of Duty WW2 and Madden 18.
Sony makes its CDs and DVDs in Sony Digital Audio Disc Corporation or DADC. According to WTHITV, officials believe Dshaye Towles stole COD WW2 and Madden 18 at early October. The DADC has no records of him working there or getting early copies of the games. He was caught at a stop around 8th, Ohio in Terre Haute. He sold the games for $45 per copy. It’s believed he stole a bunch of copies at the same time. He also has drug charges. He will go back to court next week. Call of Duty Ww2 will be released on November 3 for PC, Xbox One, and PS 4.

Call of Duty WW2 is the first non-futuristic COD game in a long time. Call of Duty Infinite Warfare was the last feature stick game Activision released. It sold poorly (compared to cod sells), and players weren’t happy about it. Everyone wanted boots on the ground, and Activision made those fans happy when they announced COD Ww2. According to VGcharts Infinite Warfare sold 12.55 million copies (all consoles) while Black Ops 3 sold 26.71 million copies. Black Ops 3 was released on more platforms than Infinite Warfare, but Infinite Warfare sells dropped significantly compared to other COD games.
Call of Duty WW2 is a WW2 based game, and it will be released on November 3rd for PC, Xbox One, and PS 4. Players that pre-order it will receive multiplayer upgrades and weapon of choice. The standard edition costs $59.99 on all platforms, and the deluxe version costs $99.99.
