Microsoft Released New Xbox One X PUBG Bundle, PUBG Xbox One Passes 8 Million Players

PUBG Xbox One has Been Doing Very Well

PUBG was the battle royal that started it all. PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds is the most popular game on Steam. Unfortunately for PUBG Corp PUBG has been losing thousands of players on Steam. In March 2018 PUBG lost thousands of players. in February 2018 PUBG lost 193,871.5 average players and 95,606.7 average players lost in March 2018. These player losses were likely caused by Fortnite’s massive success. PUBG came out for the Xbox One back in December, around the same date that PUBG Corp released the final version of PUBG for PC. Although PUBG Xbox One has many performance issues and problems while Fortnite Battle Roayl is free and doesn’t have as many issues PUBG was still able to get 8 million player on the Xbox One.

Microsoft wrote on their blog post, “With over 8 million players on Xbox One, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has been one of the most popular games on the platform since its release as a console launch exclusive in the Xbox Game Preview program.” 8 million player is a very impressive number considering that Fortnite was around long before PUBG on the Xbox One and it is free while PUBG costs $29.99 but PUBG is more realistic.

Microsoft is also going to release a PUBG Xbox One X bundle. The PUBG Xbox One X bundle is going to include 1 month  Xbox Live Gold, 1 month Xbox Game Pass, a Download code for PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds, Xbox controller, and a 1 TB Xbox One X console. The new bundle is going to available very soon for $499.99. This bundle has a $450 value with PUBG costing $29.99, 1 month Xbox Live $9.99, and 1 month of Xbox Game Pass for $9.99.

PUBG runs at a solid 4k on the Xbox One X and aiming to stay around 30 FPS but sometimes it does fall below PUBG Corp’s goal.
