Minkonet (PUBG’s death cam system) reveals companies Plan For eSports

Minkonet talking about their companies future

Before Bluehole’s PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds the battle royal genre pretty much didn’t exist. When PUBG blew up on Steam early access and sold millions of units the battle royal blew up. Thanks to all of the sales Bluehgole made another company named PUBG Corp that focuses on PUBG only.  PUBG Corp finally released PUBG’s final version back in December for PC and with that release PUBG got many features. Around that time PUBG also got a new replay system that was different from every other death cam feature because gamers are able to watch the replays in 3D.

In an exclusive interview with Minkonet (the creator of PUBG’s 3D replay system) we asked them, “Can you give us a short description about the company and where it is headed?” Minkonet said, “Minkonet’s mission is to redefine the way people watch and play video games. We want to help game developers strengthen user engagement through our replay technology. And help users unleash new content from their gameplay. We are also working on building tools to help eSports become a better viewing experience for the massive number of fans growing around the world.” It would be fun to watch eSports in 3D live and it would be a good way for the judges to see if someone was cheating.

Minkonet was founded in 2014. They are the creators of PUBG’s popular replay system. PUBG‘s replay system is very popular because there is nothing like it in any other games. All other games that have a replay system you can’t watch it in 3D. With Minkonet’s replay system you can watch game replays in 360 degrees. You can see the front, back, top, and any other angle you want in a replay. This system has helped many PUBG gamers see if they were killed by a hacker or not. Right now you can pickup PUBG for $29.99 from the Xbox Store and Steam.
