Next-Gen Lower-End 7nm AMD Navi GPU Specs Leaked | Direct Competitor of the GTX 1060 and GTX 1660Ti? (Leaks and Rumors)
AMD to Release Lower-End Navi GPUs

Right now NVIDIA controls the high-end andlow-end market with Turing and Pascal but, AMD Navi has captured the mid-end market thanks to price cuts that were applied to the RX 5700XT and RX 5700. According to the latest leaks and rumors, AMD is going to attempt to capture the low-end gaming market from NVIDIA RTX and Turing based GTX GPUs with new lower-end 7nm Navi based GPUs. AMD is trying to capture the majority of the gaming GPU market from NVIDIA and they have been very successful.
AMD Navi Leaked Specs
This leak is from credible Twitter user Komachi who claims that the lower-end Navi GPU is going to be powerful for the price. According to this rumor, the GPU is going to be based on a 7nm Navi 14 architecture. Navi 14 features 4 RDNA compute units, each featuring 64 stream processors, for a total of 1536 SPs. This specific Navi GPU features a maximum clock speed of 19000 MHz and it is rumored that Navi 14 series GPUs are going to be direct competitors to the NVIDIA GTX 1660 series GPUs. The Navi 14 based GPUs are going to be a lot cheaper than the RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT so that they can compete with the GTX 1660 and 1660 Ti.

AMD Navi Captures Mid-End Gaming Market From NVIDIA RTX
When AMD Navi was released, things didn’t look well for AMD as the RX 5700 XT definitely wasn’t powerful enough to outperform the RTX 2070 SUPER even though it cost the same but, after AMD applied price cuts the RX 5700XT became a direct competitor to the RTX 2060 SUPER which AMD can beat in gaming benchmarks. AMD has the grasp on the mid-end gaming market right now and with the Navi 14 based GPUs, AMD may be able to capture the low-end gaming market as well. If AMD succeeds, they’ll have control over the majority of the gaming market.
