EA has detailed Battlefront 2’s new DLC

Star Wars Battlefront 2 hasn’t even been released yet, but Dice and EA have already revealed a new DLC for Battlefront 2. The last Jedi DLC will feature content from Star Wars the Last Jedi. This Star Wars Battlefront 2 DLC will bring new maps, new characters, and more. This DLC is Star Wars Battlefront’s 1st DLC “season.”

The first Star Wars Battlefront 2 DLC season will make you choose between the First Order and the Resistance. On December 5 The faction that you choose will be important because it will give your allies specific rewards and you will be able to play special challenges. On December 13th Battlefront 2 players will be able to enjoy a lot of new content. The December 13th update will add Finn to the resistance and Captain Phasma to the First Order. Finn and Captain Phasma will be available for purchase with in-game credits.  The faction that completes the most challenges will get a crate that will upgrade Finn or Captian Phasma. 

On December 13th gamers will also get content from Star Wars the Last Jedi. A new planetary map called Crait and a Starfighter map called D’Qar will be added to Star Wars Battlefront 2. In Star Wars the Last Jedi the First Order attacks D’Qar to get revenge form the Resistance, Resistance A-Wings were trying to protect the evacuation ships, and the First Order was trying to destroy them. A new hero ship will be added too. The hero ship is Tallie Lintra’s RZ-2 A-wing, Tallie Lintra commanded the A-Wings that were protecting the transports in D’Qar. Poe Dameron’s T-70 X-wing is getting a new ability from Star Wars the Last Jedi. Iden Versio will return through Star Wars Battlefront 2 Resurrection; you will be playing as Iden Versio during the first days of the First Order. These new single-player chapters will be available December 13th.
