Nintendo Switch has pass 2 million in the USA

The Switch has passed 2 million sold in the USA, and it’s best selling console this month

Nintendo’s hybrid console has reached another milestone. It reached 2 million sells in the USA, and it was the top selling console this month. NPD hasn’t released numbers, but they did say the Switch sold very well this month. In a post, Business Wire wrote about these big sales.

The Switch has been sitting on the 1st spot for five months since it launched seven months ago, and the Switch is the best selling current gen console. The Switch has already sold over 7 million units in the US only. That is impressive. The Switch hasn’t even gon through 1 holiday season. After the holiday season, Nintendo Switch will probably sell a lot more. The PS 4 sold 4.2 million units at the end of 2013, and it launched on November 15th, 2013.

Nintendo’s holiday line up is going to be very good. Super Mario Odysee and Fire Emblem Warriors will be released in October, Doom and Skyrim coming in November, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 coming on December 1st are coming to the Switch. Nintendo will have many good games in this Holiday season.

Nintendo had many games in the top 20 most sold games of September. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is at the 7th spot, Metroid: Samus Returns is at the 8th place, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is at the 1oth spot, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is at spot 11. Nintendo’s software sells weren’t as impressive as its hardware sells this month.

Nintendo Switch had substantial shortage issues in its first months. That’s probably the reason why it didn’t sell very well in the first few months of its lifetime.The Switch still has shortage issues but they are getting a lot better, and right now every store has a bunch of Nintendo Switchs in stock. Right now Nintendo Switch Gray and Neon color are available on Amazon for $299.99.
