Project Scorpio has 6 TF and 40 compute units with a clock speed of 1172MHz more details on Project Scorpio click here . Rx 480 has a boost clock of 1266MHz and 36 Compute units and it could get up to 5.8 TF.

As you can see Rx 480 doesn’t get up to 30 Fps 4k ultra on any of the new titles. Also the Cpu this benchmark was tested with [I7 6700k] I think is better than the Cpu in Project Scorpio and this pc has 16gb of ram. So when you buy the Project Scorpio don’t expect to play new games at 60 fps ultra 4k.
