Now in new leaks the upcoming Samsung smartphones are shown in hi-res renders thanks to serial leaker Evan Blass. They are looking quite similar to the Galaxy S8 and S8+ but new renders make it clear that Samsung reduced the way the display curves on the edges. Size of side bezels increased to a certain extent like LG V30 and the LG-made Google Pixel XL 2.

Galaxy S9 and S9+ include the number of under-glass cut outs for cameras and sensors packed into the top bezel that may mean Samsung has also been busy developing 3D facial recognition technology designed to tackle Apple’s Face ID. However, unlike Apple, as the recent case leak renders also show below (revealing the rear of the new S9 and S9+ models), Samsung looks intent on keeping the option open for users when it comes to biometric authentication. While the S9 only gets one rear camera, it still integrates a finger print scanner beneath it while the S9+ integrates a finger print scanner beneath its dual-rear camera set up. Official Samsung launch event scheduled for February 25.
