The new Battlefront 2 update is out

Star Wars Battlefront 2 was a long-awaited game since it was announced back in E3 and when EA announced that all DLCs would be free gamers got even more excited. This excitement stayed until two days before the game launched. When gamers got their hands on Battlefront 2 early access, they realized that the game has a pay to win system. Gamers were able to pay real money for loot boxes in Battlefront 2. The loot boxes featured things that gave players an advantage over players that didn’t buy them. Gamers didn’t like this feature in Battlefront II very much so after a lot of controversies EA removed all microtransactions and said that they would return sometime in the future. Although Battlefront II was significantly unsuccessful, EA has continued to update the game. Star Wars Battlefront 2 has gotten a new update that is available on the Xbox One, PS 4, and PC.

In a post-EA released update 1.2 patch notes. EA has added new locations to costume Arcade Jakku, Death Star II, Kashyyyk, Endor, Crait, and Hoth. EA has added a new game mode to Star Wars Battlefront II Jetpack Cargo. Jetpack Cargo is a fast-paced game mode where players are jumping around with Jetpacks using rocket launches throughout the whole round. This game mode is available for a limited time. For a limited time, EA has added three Hero appearances to Battlefront II. According to EA, the new patch brings balance changes and bug fixes to Locations, Heroes, Classes, and Game Modes. Dodging has been dramatically changed. In Arcade mode the AI has been improved to make it a better experience. All players will get two emotes for their trooper. EA has made many changes to Hero balancing. When Rey’s ability Insight was paired with specific star cards, it got a 75-meter range but with the new update the range has been reduced drastically.
