The Divisions getting a huge update

The Division is getting a very big update

Tom Clancy’s The Division is almost two years old, and it doesn’t have a big fanbase, but Ubisoft still hasn’t given up on it. Ubisoft has just announced a new and very big update for Tom Clancy’s The Division. Patch 1.8 will add two new game modes bug fixes, new guns, and much more to the game and the update is free. After the update, there will be a free weekend so gamers can try out Tom Clancy’s The Division’s new update.

The new free update has added the West Side Pier to Tom Clancy’s The Division. According to their blog post, West Side Pier is a new never seen area available to all players that own the Division. 2 Game Modes will happen in the new area. The two new game modes are Resistance and Skirmish. In the new area enemy factions are working with each other to fight and kill the agents. The  West Side Pier map has two new zones in it. The zones are Piers North and Piers South. A new safehouse called Camp Clinton is going to be available too. Camp Clinton is a social hub like the terminals. West Side Pier has a brand new “dynamic spawning system” for enemies. The new map has new daily assignments. “West Side Pier Commendations” have been added too. In the Skirmish mode, 2 teams of four layers fight each other to get the most kills before the timer ends. You can start a skirmish match from the last stand gate in Camp Clinton. Last Stand rank’s (now called PvP rank) maximum has been increased from 40 to 99. Brand new PvP rank rewards have been added. The new rewards include Classified Caches. A new PvE mode has been added called Resistance. In the Resistance mode enemies spawn in waves and agents are supposed to survive as long as they can. The PvE mode takes place in 3 arenas in West Side Pier. Ubisoft has added a lot of features with this update. You can read the full patch notes here.
