three new games added to Xbox One backwards compatibility
The Xbox One Backwards compatibility library is continuing to grow
The PS 4 and Nintendo Switch might have things that the Xbox One can’t compete with but the Xbox One has a very big feature that the other consoles can’t compete with backwards compatibility. The PS 4 does have games from the PS 3 and the Nintendo Switch has some games from older systems but the Xbox One has hundreds of great games from the Xbox 360 and the library is continuing to expand. Three new Xbox 360 titles are now available on the Xbox One thanks to backwards compatibility.
Larry Hryb Tweeted, “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD Edition and Axel & Pixel are coming to Xbox One Backward Compatibility today http://mjr.mn/BackCompat.” Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was released back in 2012 for the Xbox 360. As suggested by it’s name Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is set in the future specifically 2024. In the game a group consisting of four people. The group is deployed in Nicaragua to stop weapons trafficking in the area. A bomb is blown up and all of this group dies. Investigating the cause of death is tasked to another team called Hunter. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is available for $19.99.
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was originally released for the PlayStation Portable but later it was released for the Xbox 360 and PS 3 through an HD remake. Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker got pretty good review scores it got a 9/10 from GameSpot, 89% on Metacritic, and a 4/5 from GamesRadar. Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is available for $14.99. Axel & Pixel was released for the Xbox 360 back in 2009. Axel & Pixel tells the story of Axel and his dog Pixel. The story follows these characters through a journey in the dangerous dream world that Alex created. All of these Xbox 360 games are available for download on the Xbox One.
