We have recently gotten out hands on Geekbench 4 scores for a 6 core/12 threads version of Zen 2 with a boost clock of 3.99 GHz. According to Geekbench, the 6 core Zen 2 CPU was able to score 5061 in single-core and 25,481 in the multi-core test. For comparison, the Intel Core I5 9600k, a 6 core/6 threads CPU with a boost clock of 4.6 GHz scored 5,799 in the single-core test and 22,605 in the multi-core test. The Intel CPU does better in single-core performance due to the higher core clocks. If the Zen 2 CPU is overclocked it may be able to match or surpass the Core I5-9600k.
