Xbox Game Pass is growing fast

Right now Xbox Game Pass is one of the biggest video game services out there. With PS Now and Geforce Now gamers will need to have a very good internet to get good performance because you are streaming a game with PS Now and Geforce Now that’s how gamers with very low-end PCs can play gamers with very good graphics and new games but on the Xbox Game Pass it’s different. With Xbox Game Pass gamers that pay the price will be allowed to download the games and play it from their own system. Xbox Game Pass has a very good price considering that for only $9.99 you get hundreds of Xbox One games with more coming every few months. All Xbox One first party games will be available on the Xbox Game Pass. Xbox Game Pass has hundreds of games right now but it’s going to get 8 brand new games.

The 8 new games are Halo Wars 2, NBA 2K17, WWE 2K17, Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, Rime, Riptide Renegade GP, Letterquest: Grimm’s Journey, and Fable Anniversary (Xbox 360 backward compatibility). Halo Wars 2 is a very popular Xbox One game. Halo Wars 2 got a 7/10 from IGN, a 79% from Metacritic, and 6/10 from GameSpot. If you like Halo and strategy games Halo Wars 2 is the perfect game for you. Right now Xbox Game Pass has many popular games on it. Some of the most popular Xbox Game Pass games are Halo 5, Gears of War 4, PayDay 2 Crimewave Edition, Darksiders Warmastered Edition, Dead Rising 3, Farming Simulator 15, and Resident Evil 6. According to retailers, the Xbox Game Pass hurts their sales. A UK Video Game retailer said that they ware not going to restock Microsoft consoles because Microsoft isn’t supporting them. They say that the Xbox Game Pass is great for consumers but for retaielrs, it’s really bad. They said, “Essentially, it’s made [our Xbox business] worthless overnight. You’ve got the whole section sat there, and why would people buy a £12 to £15 second-hand game when they can just pay a tenner and get a massive catalogue of titles to keep them going? Effectively overnight they’ve wiped massive value off our company and made it not worth doing.”
