Nvidia RTX is going to be revelutionary for the gaming market thanks to its powerful specs. Nvidia has just recently announced their new GPU series, and it brings very big improvements to video games thanks to the latest tech real-time Ray Tracing. For the first time with the Nvidia RTX GPUs (at least the high-end versions,) gamers can play their games with Ray Tracing happening in real time which is a significant feature. Although Ray Tracing is extremely taxing Nvidia RTX is still able to do it from $599.99.

The Latest Benchmarks

According to the latest benchmarks, the Nvidia RTX 2080 is going to be able to perform up to two times more than the GTX 1080. In some games that have DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) enabled RTX 2080 is going to perform two times more than the GTX 1080. In games such as ARK Survival Evolved (All Games Running at 4K.) Even in a game like PUBG with DLSS enabled the game performs 1.75x better than the GTX 1080. Without DLSS enabled the RTX 2080 always performed at least 1.5X better than the GTX 1080. You can look at the benchmarks here

Why is the RTX 2080 Going to be so Powerful?

Nvidia RTX 2080 is going to perform really well. According to Nvidia themselves and the benchmarks, Nvidia has said that the RTX 2080 GPUs are going to perform at least %45 better than the GTX 1080. It will not be very hard to guess how the RTX 2080 is going to perform in other triple-A games. According to the benchmarks done by Tom’s Hardware, the RTX 2080 is going to do really well. With GTA V running at Very High 2X MSAA 4K, the Founders Edition GPU played the game at 40 FPS on 4K. With the Witcher 3 running at max settings 4K, the GTX 1080 ran at 49 FPS. If GTA V with the RTX 2080 performing %45 better then the GTX 1080, the RTX 2080 is likely going to run GTA V at 4k with an average of 58 FPS. With the Witcher 3 running at 4k, the game will likely run at an average of 71 FPS.

Keep in mind that this is the lowest performance that you can get out of the RTX 2080 according to Nvidia themselves. Triple-A games like GTA V and the Witcher 3 will likely support DLSS which will boost the FPS by a lot.
