Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti, GTX 1070 Performance for $270 | FFXV Benchmark Leaked
The GTX 1660 Ti is Close to Release
Nvidia’s latest GPU series, RTX hasn’t been doing that well amongst gamers on a low budget. Right now, the cheapest Turning card, the RTX 2060 will cost you $350 and that’s way too much if you don’t want to spend around $800 on your gaming PC. Well, if you’re into PC gaming you have probably heard about the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti, a budget Turning card that is supposedly going to perform similarly to the GTX 1070.
GTX 1660 Ti Leaked Benchmark
Remember, the leaked benchmark probably doesn’t reflect on the 1660 Ti’s performance. Nvidia always uses non-final drivers for their benchmarks so that leaked benchmarks don’t show the final performance. When the GTX 1660 Ti is relased, we’ll probably get slightly better scores than the ones we have right now.

As you can see, the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti scored a 5000 while the GTX 1070 only scored 4955. Of course, the FFXV benchmarks favor Nvidia over AMD so, you can’t really compare the Nvidia GPUs to AMD GPUs in FFXV. The GTX 1660 Ti with final drivers will probably score about 5100, a little bit better than the GTX 1070.
GTX 1660 Ti to Cost $270
Thanks to the latest rumors, we know that Nvidia’s GTX 1660 Ti is going to cost you somewhere around $270. The GTX 1660 Ti is most likely going to be the sweet spot for 1080p gaming. with the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti, gamers are going to be able to run the latest triple-A games at 1080p ultra and still get 60 FPS.

Thanks to credible sources around the internet, we have gotten our hands on pictures of three different variants of the GTX 1660 Ti. According to the boxes, we are going to get single fan designs from EVGA and Palit while we are going to see the traditional two fan design from Galax. The pictures show that “ray tracing” has been replaced with “Turing shaders” on the boxes which further proves the credibility of the boxes.
