Nintnedo has announced Splatoon 2’s next Splatfest

It’s November, and that means Black Friday and a new Splatoon 2 Splatfest. Nintendo’s Splatfest is going to start next week, and it will make gamers choose between 2 really big topics. The topics are science-fiction and fantasy.

The Splatfest’s announcement came from Nintendo Versus, Nintendo Versus is Nintendo of America’s competitive multiplayer Twitter. According to the Tweet sent by Nintendo Versus, the sci-fi team will battle the fantasy team. The Splatfest will start on November 17th at 9 PM PT, Nintendo Versus didn’t say when the Splatfeest will end, but it will probably end at November 18th because Splatoon 2’s other Splatfest started at October 13 and ended on October 18th. Make sure to participate in the Splatfest because the winning team will get Snails. The number of Snails you get depends on what rank you’re on and if your team won. If your team wins, you will get extra Snails. Nintendo hasn’t revealed the 2 Splatfest teams, but they would be revealed soon.

Splatoon 2’s last Splatfest was the Halloween Spaltfest. In the Halloween Splatfest, American gamers chose between vampires and werewolves, while European gamers chose between the way to hang toilet paper. The Vampire team won the Halloween Splatfest. With that update, Nintendo added two new weapons and a map to Splatoon 2. The weapons were the Custom E-liter 4K and modified Custom E-liter 4k Scope. Both weapons have Squid Beakon sub-weapon and Bubble Blower. The Scope model can shoot further, but it can’t store charge shots. The standard model can store charged shots, but it can’t shoot as far.
